Since launching Stage Right, Theresa has grown the business from a handful of accessories in her basement into the largest staging warehouse in the area, and is capable of staging dozens of homes at a time. Under her leadership, Stage Right has become synonymous with excellence, creativity, and results—helping homeowners sell faster and for higher offers while setting the standard for the industry.
Theresa’s passion for home staging is matched by her dedication to professional development and leadership in the field. She is a 100% woman-owned and operated business, and each member of her team holds at least the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) designation, with many earning multiple advanced certifications. Since 2016, Theresa and Stage Right have been consistently recognized with the IAHSP® Trifecta Award for Staging Excellence, culminating in the historic 2025 Pentafecta nomination, adding Excellence in Real Estate to her already impeccable list of accolades. Combining her award-winning staging expertise with licensed real estate knowledge in DE, PA, and MD, Theresa and the team provide clients with a full-spectrum approach that maximizes home value and creates unforgettable first impressions.
Keri joined Stage Right Home Staging in 2021 and has quickly become an integral part of the team, assisting with day-to-day operations that keep the company running smoothly while ensuring every staging project exceeds expectations. With a degree in Interior Design from the University of Delaware and years of experience in both residential and commercial design, Keri brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail to every aspect of her work.
Before joining Stage Right, Keri excelled in a corporate interior design role, where she honed her skills in space planning, color theory, and project management. She made the move to Stage Right to focus on what she loves most: creating beautiful, market-ready homes that help clients sell faster and for more. Her design expertise enhances the company’s offerings, allowing Stage Right to diversify its services and deliver staging solutions that are both innovative and strategically effective.
